Use this service to:

• Notify a surveyor at the Flag State of a proposed corrective action
• Provide an update on an existing corrective action plan

Proposing a corrective action plan takes around 5 minutes.

Before you start

You can also send a corrective action plan via post.

You cannot use this service to notify a 3rd party, such as a Recognised Organisation, of a corrective action plan.
